Just a few days before Christmas I was asked to plan and cook for two well known Athenian galleries’ (Rodeo and Gagosian) private dinner.
26 guests sitting on a long table, enjoyed an array of vegetarian starters to share family style, a choice of two main courses and a dessert with seasonal fruit.
