Nibble buffet for a presentation of Danish lighting company Louis Poulsen at Myran, Athens. Based on their famous PH Artichoke light, the theme was artichokes cooked in different ways: pickled with herbs and baked, filled with cheese. For dessert, coconut and cream-filled balls, inspired by Poulsen’s PH Snowball light.
