ETH Zurich

November 2024

In Zurich, at the ETH university, cooking for the opening of my friend Lydia Xynogala’s exhibition “Loutropolis”. In line with the exhibition’s theme of healing baths and springs of Greece, the menu included a botanical “therapeutic” spritz with Greek mountain tea, honey and orange, a pumpkin trachanas soup with spicy granola and lots of bread dipping into the magical Dr. Kavvadia’s new olive oil (it’s fluorescent!).

A small act of care for the Friends of the 750 Mineral Springs of Greece organisation.

Big thanks to the architecture students for all the help with shopping and cooking for that night.
