Easter cookout in Fournoi island.

 

An Easter Saturday cookout session with local vegetables, cheese and condiments courtesy of the amazing Dimos, owner of Kandilos shop in Fournoi. Pickled eggs with yoghurt and gherkins, soft muzithra cheese with orange, dates and arugula, beetroot pie with onion jam and edible flowers were among the small bites devoured accompanied by local wine and homemade mastiha liquor.
