A journey into modern Greek cuisine

Good friend and Greek wine importer in Copenhagen, Oinofilia, invited me to plan and cook a Greek inspired menu to compliment their wine selection. In collaboration with Biteme Crew, we developed a 7 course menu of small plates using local sourced produce as well as traditional Greek ingredients such as olive oil, herbs, spices and cheese.

The guests wandered in the garden and the amazing inside spaces of an old Danish villa in Copenhagen while enjoying a fully immersive food experience.
