Thanksgiving Lunch

A Thanksgiving celebration lunch in collaboration with Alison Beckner from Scout and Inside/Out Paris and food photographers Stavros Kostakis and Panayota Liakopoulou.

Food was cooked and served family style in the photographers’  beautiful Athenian studio where guests helped themselves from a large buffet. The menu included a pea,broccoli and miso soup, a quinoa salad, beetroot hummus and a savoury pie with brussels sprouts, apple and walnut pesto among others.
