Ancient Greek Sandals opened their first flagship store in the centre of Athens featuring their beautiful sandals collection along with new collaborations and selected objects by other designers.

I was asked to do the menu for the catering of the evening playing on a selection of traditional Greek dishes and seasonal ingredients.

Guests nibbled on shots of Greek salad gazpacho, rice stuffed vine leaves, olives marinated in orange juice and thyme, small kadaifi nests with rose water cream and grapes with olive oil, rosemary and sea salt among others.

The colour theme was white and blue of course, featured on the food and beverage tables and serving platters.
