I recently did the menu for “Jam&Butter”, a weekend brunch concept for Bios Home Kitchen. The menu is built on a series of hand made jams, chutneys, relishes and fruit butters, all made in house at the kitchen on Bios.
Playing on classic brunch dishes with quirky twists such as avocado toast with marinated tomatoes and onion chutney, poached eggs sitting on a bed of angel hair pastry with tomato jam and cream cheese and a light yoghurt mousse with cranberry butter, fruit salad and a topping of cinnamon, orange granola.
Using fresh and seasonal produce, the menu will evolve as more fruit and veggies enter the spectrum. All the condiments will soon be available to purchase at the restaurant!
