“Anthos” was a small restaurant in Athens, the lovechild of my good friend and chef Yorgos Gerardos.

For my first experience in a real restaurant kitchen, I was asked to plan and execute a full vegetarian menu with winter produce having to convince a mainly meat loving audience!
