Nostimo Salt

Local sea salt brand Nostimo asked me to prepare simple nibbles that would be used to sample their varieties of sea salt from different parts of Greece.

During an intimate presentation at the Box Gallery in Athens, grapes with olive oil and fresh rosemary, watermelon with soft cheese and mint and a white bean puree were the canvas to sample four different and very unique sea salts.
