With Bios’ refurbishment of the downstairs bar space, I was asked to design a simple bar menu with small plates  to accompany their new catalogue of cocktails and long drinks.

Food had to be easy to prepare, using local ingredients like cheese, homemade marmalade, preserved fish and sweets like traditional tahini halva.
