Crudo

Crudo is a vegan online delivery restaurant in Athens, established in the beginning of 2017.

I was asked to provide recipes for their vegan raw and cooked meals as well as salads. Supporting their philosophy of using only fresh and seasonal ingredients, the menu includes dishes from diverse international cuisines like Japanese, Mexican and Californian along with Greek improvised recipes. This is an ongoing collaboration where I offer consulting and recipe updates seasonally.
