Double Dip

During the Level II Advanced Raw Cuisine course I attended at the Plantlab Culinary Academy in Barcelona, we were asked to design, execute and do the costing for a marketable raw vegan product.

“Double Dip” is a duo of layered sweet and savory dips accompanied by their crackers. Packaged in individual glass containers, they are a fun suggestion for serving and eating a light meal on the go. The name suggests a gesture you are not supposed to do when cooking or sharing food but you actually want to do it if something is super delicious!
