Of Plants & Fish

Of Plants & Fish is an ongoing collaboration with fellow food addict Dimitris Afentakis. Being two people with different backgrounds, we created this platform where we combine our passion for healthy food cooking: I do the veg and Dimitris does the fish.

Since 2016, together we take over catering jobs as well as cook-outs in several venues such as the recent Bios Home pop up restaurant where we had a three month residency in the beginning of 2017.
