Invited by Onassis AiR fellow and curator Meric Oner to do a pickle workshop during their fall open day. Meric is researching acts of saving/s and preservation across different disciplines and this hands-on workshop examined the act of preserving and fermenting in the culinary field. Participants experimented with given recipes but also made their own fermented concoctions with various vegetables and fruit.
