Happy to be part of the latest issue of Nomas magazine dedicated to Athens!
Some time ago I made some food, invited some friends at my place and wrote a story starting with a huge pumpkin and how we made a feast out of seasonal delights. There are also some thoughts in there about food, cooking and labels, as well as a recipe for the beetroot pesto pasta pictured with one of my guests.
