A Sunday picnic under the tree of an urban vineyard at the Agricultural University, in the heart of Athens. During the “Geometries” exhibition organised by Locus Athens, I was invited by Danae of Troo/Food/Liberation, to cook with them and prepare a menu of simple food to be eaten with your hands.

Pitta wraps with muhamara and almond cream cheese, spicy rice “onigiri” balls and mushroom burgers with all the condiments were on the menu. The lunch finished with made on the spot frozen banana popsicles dipped in raw chocolate and pink coconut sprinkles.
